Administrative Position in a medically centered office available immediately in a multi-company office.
Knowledge of Quickbooks is mandatory (at least 2 years).
Duties include but are not limited to:
Formatting of laboratory reports.
Screening and routing phone calls, emails, correspondence.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks. Knowledge of Quickbooks required.
Assisting as needed in shipping department (preparing shipping supplies).
Assisting as needed by managers of other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience, computer proficiency (Word, Excel), strong attention to details, excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
