E-Commerce Brand Assistant
Part-Time Position: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9am-3pm)
About the Role
We’re seeking a flexible, detail-oriented E-Commerce Brand Assistant to join our growing team. This versatile position offers an opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our business while providing essential support to help us thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Assist CEO with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
Order Fulfillment & Customer Service: Process and ship customer orders using Shopify, ShipStation, and Outlook; respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Production Assistance: Help with product finishing and preparation as required
Requirements
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
Proficiency with ShipStation, Outlook, printers, and Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and wear multiple hats
Genuine interest in our products and willingness to learn about them thoroughly
Commitment to a long-term position rather than short-term employment
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $17.65/hour during 90-day probationary period
$18.20/hour upon successful completion of probation
