Assistant Scale House Operator-Part Time

Colorado Aggregate Recycling has a current opening for an part time Assistant Scale House Operator for our Colorado Springs location. This is a part time position that provides a minimum of 40 hours on a bi-weekly basis. Colorado Aggregate Recycling recycles and crushes concrete and asphalt for construction projects. The Assistant Scale House Operator supports the Manager in the daily operations of the aggregate recycling facility by providing administration and oversight of incoming loads of concrete and asphalt materials. This position requires excellent customer service skills, good communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. Proficient office skills and experience using computer-based windows software is required. The successful candidate should expect to work an average of 20 hours per week in this position. The required hours are to open the scale house at 6:30 AM until the manager arrives at work on Monday through Friday. Otherwise, hours are somewhat flexible. Compensation is comprised of base hourly wage, overtime hours are paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate, monthly performance bonuses, Paid Time Off (PTO). We are an equal opportunity employer.
