Position: Worship Director (Potential for Youth Ministry oversight as well along with Tech Dept. )
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Hours: 5-10 Per Week

Position Description
SJC is searching for its next worship director. We are seeking an individual who loves to usher people into God's presence, is creative, can lead and direct a team, gifted, and has the depth of character to go along with their charisma. SJC is a growing church with unlimited potential for the right candidate and additional musicians are waiting to be lead. Progressive, contemporary, fun, Spirit lead, are all words that would describe what we are looking for. If that's you, email us for more info. Would love if a couple that has a heart for ministry and serving together is open to being involved with additional leadership responsiblities within the church as well. Potential for growth, church planting, outside opportunites, etc. Technical background would help too.
Influences like; Bethel, Hillsongs, Jesus Culture, and others are our norm. We're looking for someone that's fun, sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and can lead teams and raise up people for other worship experiences.
