Works at non-profit organization to provide facilities that are safe and that will enhance effective ministry. Performs maintenance and custodial duties along with overseeing maintenance and custodial contractors, to keep the building and its equipment well maintained and clean. Helps to maintain cordial relationships between OC International and tenants and contractors. Recommends and completes building upgrades and services. Works 20 hrs/week.
