Intermountain Steel Manufacturing, Inc. located in Colorado Springs is looking for a Full Time, skilled fitter / welder to work in our fast-paced fab environment.
A successful candidate must:
- Be able to take raw prints and transfer them into finish product. Being able to quickly read prints and transfer them into product is a highly desired skill for this position.
- Have an understanding of steel working practices, welding techniques and tooling applications is a must for this position.
- Have 5 years verifiable experience with a minimum of 3 years in a fab.
A weld test will be given at time of application on both 1/16 and .035 MIG wire. Please bring your gear and come ready to test or your application will not be considered.
