Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist

About the Role: We are seeking a full-time skilled and detail-oriented Machinist that has the ability to set up and operate CNC Mills. We operate Fadal and Fanuc Controlled CNC Mills and use MasterCam. Experience with either of these machines and software would be a Plus.

As a Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of top-quality billet aluminum components. The ideal candidate will have a good background in machining, a passion for precision engineering, and a commitment to producing exceptional machined products.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC machines to produce billet aluminum components according to specifications.

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to design specifications.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience as a Machinist in a production setting.

Proficiency in operating CNC machines and other machining equipment.

Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining processes.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical training or certification in machining is a plus.
