I am a small business owner looking to bring a Sales Representative on board.
What we do:
We create and deploy virtual tours for businesses and we place them on Google Maps, the businesses website, our website and on social media.
What are virtual tours?
A virtual tour is a sequence of panoramic images that are ‘stitched’ together to create a ‘virtual’ experience of any location. Once created, the viewer is able to experience a bird's eye view of the business. Included in the VT's (Virtual Tours) are hot spots. A hot spot can be linked to: Social Media pages, Reviews, YouTube Video's, Menu's, Lead Forms, Pictures and anything and everything. This virtual experience could be viewed through desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

When a business has a virtual tour, a prospect can get all of the information about the business in one place instead of having to go back and forth from social media, to Google, to the website. It's all there, inside the tour itself. The prospect can view the virtual tour from any device, saving them time and money, which leaves them more money to spend with the business.
What would you be doing?
Your role would be prospecting businesses and giving demonstrations either by in person, phone and/or remotely, then if they like what they see (which they will), you will send them a proposal/contract with all of the details. They will sign it and send it back to you. At that point, you will schedule a time with them via a shared calendar between you and I, and I will go take pictures and take half of the payment. The rest of the payment is due upon receipt of the full, completed tour.
What is the compensation?
It depends on the size of the business. For example, we charge $99.99 (per pano) for 1-5 panos; $79.99 (per pano) for 6-10 pano's; $59.99 (per pano) for 11+
So for instance, if you sell a VT to a decent sized business (10 pano's), the total would be: $799.99 and you would get $320.00, which is 40% of the total cost.
Example:
Say you are able to sell 3 VT's a week for one month and maybe the average size is 6 pano's for each businesses (which is a small area), you would get $2303.71 for that month. Additionally, there is an option for reoccurring revenue for you, which will be discussed during our initial meeting.
Who am I looking for?
I'm looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, someone who is not only motivated by money but also morals. I'm looking for someone who can see my vision and explain it in a way that it makes sense to the business owner. I am looking for someone who isn't just an advocate for small businesses but also for the people that shop with them as well.
If you are a single parent, or a married parent or if you're in school or out of school or maybe you have a disability and you unable to get out and about, then this might be a good fit for you. If you're experienced, great! If not, that's okay too! Total transparency here, I'm just starting up myself and am looking for someone who wants to grow with me. And, if you're in it for some extra cash, that is okay too! I am very laid back and easy to work with and welcome any idea's that you may have. We will work together to ensure success for everyone involved.
