We are seeking professionals in your area to perform full or part time work. Able to perform job with little or no supervision. You will be expected to bring properties to a condition where agents can show them to prospective buyers.
You must be capable of completing interior and exterior debris removal, yard maintenance, interior cleaning, lock changes, basic construction tasks to remedy health and safety issues, and various other work items that bring our properties up to standards.
In addition to the above tasks, you must be able to provide consistent results that are in line with a defined set of required conditions that our properties must be maintained to. Also, you must be able to meet aggressive, but obtainable timelines and due dates that are defined on each work order.
Required equipment:
First and foremost reliable Vehicle
-Smart phone or tablet (you will take all photos from your phone or tablet to avoid manual upload into our system)
-Vacuum/ Shop-Vac
-Cleaning supplies
-Lawn mower
-Tree & Shrub trimming supplies
-Weed sprayer
-String Trimmer (Weed Whacker)
-Generator and air compressor
-Various hand tools
-Reliable vehicle that can carry equipment and debris
-Other materials such as wire nuts, fasteners, various types of lumber, ETC. to remediate health and safety hazards and ensure properties are secure
