Front Range Staffing is seeking Seasonal Parks Maintenance Workers to assist with the upkeep of city parks and recreational spaces during the summer season. This is a temporary, full-time position starting immediately.
Pay: $17hr
Schedules: Monday through 8am to 5pm, including weekends and holidays; variable shifts
An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
1+ years outdoor maintenance experience, including landscaping.
Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous experience with landscaping tools and grounds maintenance strongly preferred.
Able to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small power equipment safely and independently.
Physically fit and capable of strenuous outdoor labor in high heat, cold, and inclement weather for extended periods.
Comfortable preparing and maintaining athletic fields, inspecting recreational equipment, and maintaining splash pad facilities.
Demonstrated ability to perform manual labor including trash collection, weeding, pruning, and irrigation checks.
Experience operating or maintaining heavy equipment (e.g., backhoes, loaders, trenchers) is a plus.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and respond to occasional emergency or after-hours needs.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
Strong communication and safety awareness required.
