Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Janitor/Custodian for a local Charter School in Southern Colorado Springs, for immediate hire.
Pay starts between $16-$18hr, depending on experience. The hours are full-time, 10:00am-6:30pm, Monday-Thursday.
An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
1 years+ custodial/janitorial experience inside and outside of school premises or large facilities.
Following set schedules for cleaning, ensuring all assigned areas are clean, orderly, and secure.
Experience utilizing assigned equipment for floor maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, buffing, mopping, disinfecting, stripping, and sealing.
Performing repairs and light maintenance on various equipment and facility as needed.
Removing and cleaning waste receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
Maintaining appearance of the exterior of the building including debris, weeds, and snow removal.
Moving, adjusting, and cleaning furniture and equipment as needed.
Must be able to lift or move 50lbs.
Presents a professional appearance and demeanor.
