Front Range Staffing is seeking Restoration Technicians with 1+ years experience to start ASAP.
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedules: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends/on-call
An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
Experience performing high-quality restoration tasks including water extraction, dehumidification, fire/smoke damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
Ability to represent the company professionally to homeowners and businesses by providing courteous and dependable service.
Comfortable working in various environments including crawlspaces, attics, and on ladders; must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment up/down stairs.
Willingness to follow direction and safety procedures, keep a clean work area, and maintain tools/equipment properly.
Strong communication skills for client interactions: explaining work, collecting payments, and reporting updates to management.
Ability to conduct minor repairs such as drywall patching, flooring replacement, and board-up services.
Physically fit and able to work in potentially hazardous environments while using appropriate PPE.
Strong documentation skills: job notes, photographic evidence, and progress updates.
Team player with a growth mindset and desire to advance within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
Must qualify for access to military bases.
IICRC Certification
High school diploma or GED
