Looking for a maintenance/handyman to assist with the upkeep and maintenance of some self-storage buildings in the Green Mountain Falls, Woodland Park, Divide area.
Duties would include:
A weekly drive-by of all units (several locations close to each other)
Check to make sure security is recording
Place and remove locks as needed
Clean vacant units and make ready for lease
Check the operation of doors and adjust if needed
Take pictures of items in delinquent units for auction
Clean out and dispose of abandoned items.
Mow grass, sweep, and pick up any debris
Complete other small repairs as needed (light bulbs)
Look for damage or issues to be taken care of
