Un-Skilled/ Skilled Laborers
-Full-time positions only
-Must have DL and reliable transportation
-Be able to lift 50lbs +
-Good work ethic
We install landscapes on high end homes so employees must be able to maintain a certain level of professionalism at all times and maintain a neat appearance.
Foremen Requirements
-Experience leading a crew and maintaining a positive attitude with laborers
-Be able to operate all basic power-tools as well as basic landscape equipment (MT/ trencher/ etc.)
-Able to follow basic blueprints
-We install decks, pergolas, paver patios, retaining walls, sprinkler systems, sod, rock, mulch, plants, fence, etc. so experience with that is a plus.
