We are seeking a PART TIME Warehouse Associate!
Potential opportunity for full-time down the line.
Position Starts at- $20/hr with opportunity for an increase based on performance
We are growing, and as that continues opportunity will open up.
You will be on a trial basis to make sure we mesh. Must be timely, respectful, organized and clean.
MUST BE 21+ TO HANDLE OUR PRODUCTS!
We’ll start you on 1099 and move to W-2.
We sell alternative botanicals, specifically Kratom. But we have our hands in alternative product lines such as kava and mushrooms! Our operation has grown crazy fast over the last few years and we need help!
We are a 3 year old, family owned business. I keep that vibe in the workplace. Do right by me, and I will do right by you. We really care about our customers, and I take care of those who help me, ideally you will too!
Our facility is a privately run warehouse and we do strictly e-commerce business, no direct sales or interaction required with the general public, I service the customers!
Applicant must be SOBER. I have a zero tolerance policy for drug use on the job site.
HARD workers only. Good work ethic is critical. And TRUST. I don’t like to breathe down my employees next, let’s form a good foundation.
Roles and Responsibilities will mainly include bagging our products. We are constantly selling and adding to the menu, so there is need for a consistent product bagger. Do not apply for this position if standing in our clean room and filling / sealing bags is something you can’t handle or don’t want to do. You must be willing to do multiple tasks. Listen to audiobooks, podcasts, music while you work. I will also delegate other tasks to you, but your main responsibility is bagging and will comprise the majority of your workload. You are also expected to keep your area clean as well as the warehouse and office.
We do two large product releases most months and experience very high volume in sales / orders. You will also be packing orders during these releases and helping with whatever I need you to do.

You should be comfortable dealing with moderate work loads, bagging can be a bit labor intensive after long periods. You will be able to take breaks.
Hours are determined in the interview. You will need to be able to work mornings or afternoons, no late night shift/graveyard available.
