BCC Painting seeking Full Time Foreman
seeking skilled and experienced commercial foreman to join our multi-family projects team.
Job Requirements:
1. 5 trackable years in the commercial or residential painting/construction industry.
2. Knowledgeable on construction programs: BOX and Procore (comparable programs acceptable)
3. Proficient in QC protocols.
4. OSHA 10 certification -preferred
5. Must be able to read architectural prints.
6. Proficiency in starting, responding and maintaining clear and constant communication through the emails, texts (outlook, excel, word)
7. Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects (up to 50lbs for cleaning and maintenance purposes)
8. Driver’s License and good driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 depending on experience.
