Seeking qualified candidate for smaller local Non-profit to manage and oversee operations.
Duties will include:
- Hiring/firing as needed
- Quality Control
- Staff management/scheduling/Disciplinary
- Compliance Support (Ensuring Organizational Protocols and Standards Are Achieved and Maintained)
- Assist in building and sustaining processes that will help ensure maximum efficiency among departments.
Candidates should have:
- At least 2 years experience in upper-management, HR, and/or Compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not Required
- Preferred experience with Non-profit, Church, or Charity, but not required
- Strong Leadership Ability
The right candidate will be entering a high-level of management within the organization and will need to be comfortable being in-charge with forward assertiveness, while demonstrating patience and compassion simultaneously.
This position is available immediately and we will be conducting interviews starting 08/05.
