R&A Home Care is an in home care and assistance agency which offers help in the home, currently has opportunities for a Companion - Caregiver – Homemaker.
Our established R&A healthcare facility is in search of an experienced and compassionate Caregiver/Personal care provider who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for committed individuals who have impeccable communication skills, and can problem solve on the spot. Our Caregivers/Personal care providers have a reputation for being cheerful and receptive as they administer non-skilled care to our Special need’s clients. We are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team, who is kind, caring and compassionate.
The services are non-skilled for our in-home clients with special needs range from children to seniors. Typical duties include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, personal cares, respite, transportation, etc.
We will train a right person. However, working with children within the Autistic Spectrum is a plus.
Part Time hours with wiggle room to take on more clients.
Male Client - 16yrs old, Autistic and Down Syndrome. The Sweetest kid around! He enjoys watching Boss Baby and is still in diapers. SO the PCP would need to be comfortable with changing them and giving baths.
Mom needs help with after school and ABA hours. She is needing some weekend support as well.
Client does have some behaviors and keeping hair pulled back or short is key to eliminating one behavior.

Requirements:
Must be able to pass the background check and have reliable transportation.
Pay: begins at $17.00 hour
