About the Role:
Our lodge is looking for a dependable and well-rounded Lodge Services Associate to join our small, hands-on team. This is a multi-functional position ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day, and takes pride in keeping both people and property well cared for.
The Lodge Services Associate is responsible for guest services, housekeeping, rent collection, light maintenance, and on-call support. You’ll be the face of the lodge for guests and a key part of ensuring our spaces stay clean, welcoming, and functional. You will where MANY hats in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Provide local recommendations and handle guest requests
Manage reservations, guest messages (including Airbnb), and on-site paperwork
Collect rent and payments, track bookings, and complete daily reports
Perform guest room inspections and ensure readiness for arrivals
Housekeeping & Property Care:
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding
Restock cleaning and hospitality supplies
Report and help resolve maintenance or safety concerns
Must be able to lift 80+ lbs and move equipment/materials as needed
Maintenance & On-Call Needs:
Light on-site maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting
Available for 24/7 on-call rotation for urgent guest or property needs
Act as an extra set of eyes on-site to ensure property safety and cleanliness
What We're Looking For:
Well-rounded, self-motivated, and highly reliable
Experience in guest services, hospitality, or property management is a plus
Comfortable working solo and taking initiative
Security background or safety awareness highly valued
Must be physically capable of frequent lifting, walking, and handling tools/supplies
Evening availability is required to meet guest needs and lodge operations, hence the reduced rent to live on site.
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive hourly pay: $14 - $17 per hour based on education & experience.
Performance bonuses available based on a percentage of new guest bookings after a trial period.
Discounted on-site housing is available, reflecting the need for evening and on-call support
