Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and efficiently.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, craft beers, wines, and spirits.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Handle cash and process credit card payments accurately using a POS system.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the night.
Collaborate with the team to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
