Job Description:
Our agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting and assisting clients
Managing correspondence (email and mail)
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Filing and organizing documents
Translate documents and interpret conversations between Spanish and English speakers.
Assist with client communication and follow-up.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
No prior experience is required; paid training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay: $17.00 (3-month probationary period)
Salary increase to $18.00 after successful completion of the 3-month probationary period.
Additional salary increase after one year of employment.
Combined paid time off (sick days and vacation): two weeks accrued after six months of employment.
Full-time position (40 hours per week) 8:30-5 PM
