We are currently looking for a dispatcher with a great attitude to join our Company. The dispatcher is responsible for answering/making phone calls, sending emails and invoices to schedule repairs for our clients.
This employee will need to be customer oriented and able to represent Our company with each phone call.

Shifts: part -time position
Must be able to answer phones in a polite and timely manner
Must be computer savvy, candidate required to have her/his own computer/laptop (Home stable internet), earpiece or earphones for the phone.
Good written and verbal communication skills: written, verbal, listening
Completing data input, filing, and projects as needed.
MS Office: Word, Excel, Different software platforms
Organized and multi-task oriented
Plus, an experience in an office that handled dispatching
