-Check construction jobs and flooring installers / installations, go to construction meetings, create reports, must have 2yrs of experience
-Measure customer's homes for new flooring
-Must have real estate construction experience
-Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
-Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
-Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically
-Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
-Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience
-Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
-Previous customer service experience
-Must be able to lift 60lb or more
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Must have a valid Driver License
-Comfortable using computers and customer service software
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Multi-task & team players is a must
-Must be able to travel if necessary
