Measure customers' homes for new flooring
Must have real estate construction experience
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically
Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid Driver License
Comfortable using computers and customer service software.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
