Assistant Manager – Self Storage

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE

Self-Storage is one of the hottest sectors in the real estate and investments arena and offers great opportunity to learn and apply sales, customer service, digital marketing, and facilities management skills in addition to unlimited opportunities for growth. Additionally, all company work hours are on site during the traditional business day - no evenings, nights, or Sundays.

This position will work between multiple stores in Colorado Springs. Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

1. All responsibilities come with aligned incentives and bonus opportunities.

2. Provide excellent customer service. Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.

4. Open, Close and Maintain facilities – sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.

3. Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperating with team members. Remind customers of outstanding balances to prevent their belongings from going to auction.

5. May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to another store location/Bank.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.

Basic computer skills and desire to learn more.

Current, valid driver’s license with access to a reliable personal vehicle

Premium for Spanish speakers or those with mechanical skills/inclination.
