Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our contents restoration projects and ensure their successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a general understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, timelines, team members, equipment and supplies within budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties:

- Lead and manage all aspects of project operations, including project coordination from inception, estimating, planning, execution/documentation/communication through completion.

- Coordinate project schedules using tools such as DASH, SLACK, e-mail and required industry related TPA systems and estimating software to ensure timely delivery.

- Oversee estimating processes to provide accurate budget forecasts.

- Review and interpret project documentation provided and generate estimates and provide the support needed to close projects.

- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, follow up with clients and contractors, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

- Implement best practices for project coordination and scheduling to optimize efficiency.

- Implement or support divisional training to provide the most growth opportunity to the division and each team member.

- Operate a servant leadership style

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of industry estimating techniques and project coordination methodologies.

- Proficiency in reading estimates and experience in both Xactimate and MobileClaims (CoreLogic Estimate) is a plus

- Experience with restoration project management software like DASH is a plus .

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.

- Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, while working under pressure.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
