This highly reputable Restoration company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill a recently opened position of Bookkeeper. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established restoration construction company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Bookkeeper. Candidates must have experience in working within this role or a very similar position.
Requirements:(must have)
Experience- Restoration/ Construction preferred
Computer literacy required
Well Versed in Quick books, can handle more than one book
Analyzing financial data and offering insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance
Overseeing the month-end and year-end close process, assuring timely and accurate reporting
Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in accounting software
Job costing
Invoicing
