Essential Functions:
Space Control (Satellite Acquisition & Tracking) Electronic Warfare experience
Hardware In the Loop (Software to Hardware connectivity) experience
Communications Experience (networking & RF)
Comms on the Move
Radio systems experience
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractors
Ability to negotiate solutions among functional groups (Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.)
Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills demonstrated by related work experience
Strong coordination and organization skills with a focus on details
Proficient with domain knowledge (space systems engineering, general systems)
Participate in agile execution, MBSE, and requirements analysis.
Possess interpersonal leadership skills with support to customers, including meetings and briefings.
Possess DoD engineering experience, System Development Life Cycle knowledge, Familiarity with DoD 5000.
Experience with DoD Systems Engineering artifacts (SEP, SEMP, TEMP, CMP, DMP).
Experience with INCOSE requirements writing guide.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
FPGA & embedded hardware experience
System Development Life Cycle knowledge
Experience with and knowledge of Space Domain Awareness mission and systems
Experience with Engineering Drawings and traceability

Organized and detail-oriented

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $89,000.00 - $165,000.00 (salary ranges in other locations could differ). This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
