In this role you will be responsible for managing small- to medium-scale water infrastructure projects, and providing project management services for projects related to our water and wastewater systems to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.Key responsibilities:
Manage small to medium-sized projects independently or as part of a project team. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Assist intermediate and senior-level project managers with large-scale projects and programs.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals. Plans will include objectives, requirements, risks, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate and manage project resources including team members across departments, contractors, and materials.
Monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
Communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status.
Report on project and program progress.
Resolve issues, conflicts, and risks that impact projects.
Develop contract documents for the procurement of goods and services.
