Level 3 Program Security Officer to support critical security operations for a
Department of Defense (DoD) customer. The Program Security Officer will
manage and execute all aspects of personnel, physical, and information
security in support of classified programs and mission objectives.The selected candidate will perform various duties to ensure compliance with
DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community security directives.This role requires daily access to both unclassified and classified IT
systems, and work will be performed on-site within facilities provided by

Currently, hold an active Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance
Minimum of four years' experience in a SAPF and/or SCIF environment,
most currently within the last two years
Experience with SAPF and SCIF physical security requirements
Experience working classified computer systems (JPAS/JWICS/SGN)
Managing and executing personnel security actions, including processing
Program Access Requests (PARs), Visit Authorization Requests
(VARs), and conducting Defense Information System for Security
(DISS) verifications for personnel security clearances and access levels
Overseeing the security in- and out-processing of contractor, military,
and civil service personnel in coordination with the Information System
Security Manager (ISSM) and other stakeholders
Creating, issuing, and managing security badges and proximity access
cards and operating the door proximity access system to ensure controlled
access to secure areas
Developing, drafting, and submitting Security Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with Air Force, DoD, and
applicable security regulations and guidance
Supporting the implementation of security programs, policies, and
procedures to safeguard classified and sensitive information, facilities,
and personnel
Participating in and completing Security Coordinator responsibilities,
including attending required Security Coordinator training
Knowledgeable in SAPF and SCIF physical security requirements, including
construction, access control, and accreditation processes
Experienced in managing and operating classified computer systems such as
JPAS, JWICS, and SGN
Skilled in physical security, risk management, and safeguarding
classified information and materials
Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities during development
processes and implements preventive measures post-delivery of systems and
products
Recommend and implement adjustments to physical security systems to meet
evolving mission and security needs
Supports preparation of accreditation packages, including fixed facility
checklists, facility and alarm diagrams, inspectable space
determinations, and other critical physical security documentation for
approval
Provides guidance and assistance to supervisors and managers on physical,
information, personnel, and industrial security requirements and best
practices
Implements and enforces RSC instructions, policies, and procedures to
support comprehensive installation security plans
Experienced in classification management programs, supporting program
managers in developing classified guidance and decisions, including
marking, accountability, control, storage, safeguarding,
downgrading, declassificatio , and destruction of classified materials
Reviews and recommends updates to Security Operating Procedures to ensure
the protection of government personnel, resources, and facilities in
dynamic threat environments
Assists in administering the Resource Protection Program, including
duties as Control Entry Custodian, Alarm Custodian, and Security Access
Systems and Open Storage Approval administrator
Advises managers on policies, instructions, procedures, control
systems, and methods for classified information safeguarding, personnel
access control, need-to-know criteria, storage, transmission,
reproduction, emergency protection, and destruction
Supports Top Secret Video Teleconferences (VTCs) and Top-Secret Control
Account Custodians
Inspects security containers to ensure proper control and secure storage of
classified contents
Monitors controlled areas to ensure compliance of personnel, systems,
and media
Verifies physical security requirements for automated data processing and
secure communications equipment are maintained
