We are looking for a candidate who can design fluently in multiple media in the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as advanced PowerPoint presentation skills. PDF interactive, and HTML e-mail design skills would be a big plus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, business strategy and customer needs, while still keeping deliverables consistent with UMR voice, tone and brand
Develop and edit materials in multiple mediums with emphasis on using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite as an effective way to communicate UMR’s brand and voice
Balance great design with attention to detail while working within short deadlines and multiple priorities
Support the production process and technical implementation of communications materials working within the framework of Adobe Workfront
Manage and maintain marketing communications assets in line with establish standards and procedures

High school diploma
3+ years of Graphic Design experience
2+ years of experience working within a corporate brand playbook
3+ years of experience in executing communication campaigns and/or design in multiple media, such as PowerPoint/Microsoft suite and InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within a matrix organization and/or in-house design team
Healthcare industry experience
Expert in PowerPoint and Outlook template design
Adobe Workfront experience
Experienced with both Mac and PC
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
