Growing together.UMR, UnitedHealthcare’s third-party administrator solution, is seeking an experienced designer who is highly creative and business savvy who loves to stay busy, own projects, and interact/collaborate with multiple co-workers.As an integral part of our in-house creative team, we’re looking for a person who enjoys day-to-day production work including customizations to existing documents, quick turn-around design projects in all different types of programs, and maintaining structure and organization within our ever growing in-house department. We are looking for a candidate who can design fluently in multiple media in the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as advanced PowerPoint presentation skills. PDF interactive, and HTML e-mail design skills would be a big plus. The successful candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for working collaboratively to create clean, polished, engaging materials.This position offers the right candidate a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where leading through collaboration and innovative problem solving to meet critical business needs is highly prized and celebrated.This position is part of the UMR Marketing Communications Team. UMR , a subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare, is a third-party Administrator serving more than 3,000+ customers and 6+ million members nationwide. As a Third-party administrator, we help customers design and manage self-funded Benefits plans.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, business strategy and customer needs, while still keeping deliverables consistent with UMR voice, tone and brand

Develop and edit materials in multiple mediums with emphasis on using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite as an effective way to communicate UMR’s brand and voice

Balance great design with attention to detail while working within short deadlines and multiple priorities

Support the production process and technical implementation of communications materials working within the framework of Adobe Workfront

Manage and maintain marketing communications assets in line with establish standards and procedures

High school diploma

3+ years of Graphic Design experience

2+ years of experience working within a corporate brand playbook

3+ years of experience in executing communication campaigns and/or design in multiple media, such as PowerPoint/Microsoft suite and InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within a matrix organization and/or in-house design team

Healthcare industry experience

Expert in PowerPoint and Outlook template design

Adobe Workfront experience

Experienced with both Mac and PC

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
