Then we have an opportunity for you to support Joint Tests (JTs) and Quick Reaction Tests (QRTs) to aid in developing tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), Concepts of Operations, and other documents used DoD-wide to solve challenging warfighter problems, with the objective to enhance system interoperability, suitability, survivability, lethality (as applicable) and effectiveness.As an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA) you will participate with a team of diverse individuals to:

Support the Generative AI Models Integration (GAIMI) Quick Reaction Test (QRT) to develop procedures to integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence Models into Combatant Commander tasks.

Use advanced techniques to clean, normalize and analyze data used in mission-critical tests

A week in the life of an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA):

Provide analytical support services to the Team Lead related to the aspects of test planning, test article development, test conduct, data collection, data analysis and reporting.

Use advanced techniques to clean, normalize and analyze data used in mission-critical tests.

Support the test team in test design, establish of measures of performance and evaluation, and develop detailed test requirements to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

Perform data collection and rigorous analysis, integrating automation where possible.

Offer risk reduction strategies, risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.

Generate and execute a test plan to deliver Test Products.

Develop reports and support project reviews with Service, interagency, and Combatant Command organizations as necessary

Job Requirements

Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

A Bachelor’s degree in operations research or STEM field.

A minimum of 5 years of ORSA or similar analysis experience.

Knowledge and experience in test planning and design, execution, and evaluation.

Experience in Design of Experiments (DoE) and data collection.
