Job Description
$1000 (FT)/$500 (PT) Sign-on Bonus! Split 25% at 1 month, 25% at 3 months, 50% at 1 year.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Attending to resident care needs and resident well-being
Answering call lights in a timely manner
Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, laundry, light housekeeping, and other daily living needs (administering medications if QMAP certified)
Communicating effectively with other staff, residents, and family members
Requirements
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors, a commitment to meet the needs of our residents and the ability to become an expert and resource for others
- Currently have or be able obtain CPR within 30 days of employment
- Be passionate about delivering consistent, exceptional customer service
- Currently have COVID-19 Vaccine or be willing to receive within 30 daysof employment. (please contact us about extenuating medical circumstances)
Colorado QMAP Certification preferred, not required
Openings are available for FT and PT Day and Eveningshift.
Shifts: Day 7a-3p; Evening 3p-11p; Night 11p-7a
Salary:
- Not QMAP - $13.00 +depending on experience
- QMAP - $14.00 +depending on experience
Qualifications
Must have currentCPR and First Aid. Med trained Caregiver would be preferable. The qualified individual must complete and pass a criminal background in accordance with State regulations.
