The successful candidate will be actively involved in various HR functions, namely, recruitment, staff retention, staff development, payroll management, benefits administration, and policy interpretation and implementation. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our team and directly contribute to the smooth running of our healthcare facility.Responsibilities:
Implement and manage end-to-end recruitment process
Develop and ensure thorough onboarding program for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
Manage benefits programs and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Facilitate professional development, training, and certification programs
Handle conflict resolution and implement disciplinary procedures if needed
Work alongside management to drive HR initiatives
Stay informed about trends, legislation, and best practices in HR
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desirable
