The responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members.Qualifications:In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
Technical degree in a facilities related field preferred
One to two years general maintenance experience required
Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English
Basic computer skills
Valid state driver's license, required.
