modalities. Provides conscientious patient care while adhering to all quality
and safety standards. Performs administrative duties including but not
limited to scheduling appointments, patient instructions, and maintenance
of records. This position is responsible for communicating regularly with
patients, families, and all hospital and community caregivers while
following department expectations for interactions with patients and families.
Team members in this job must maintain competency and registry in two or more

Shift: Variable shifts as needed. Must be available for 8 shifts within an
8-week scheduling period. Rotating holiday requirement (one holiday per year

Experience: Three (3) years of imaging experience.

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: Registered Radiologic
Technologist ARRT(R); and
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: Registered Computed
Tomography Technologist ARRT(CT)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following

1. Produces high quality imaging while accurately demonstrating anatomy and
pathology utilizing proper diagnostic imaging protocols.
2. Facilitates patient flow daily; to include management of STAT/urgent
and high riority patients.
3. Provides age-appropriate care and appropriately prepares patients for
procedures.
4. Provides clear and detailed information regarding the procedure and care to
patients, families, coworkers, and others.
5. Operates all imaging equipment; to include ancillary equipment following
safety procedures and protocols.
6. Demonstrates and utilizes principles of ALARA (As Low As Reasonably
