Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionThe main goal of the Construction Project Manager is to maintain the financial health of the company. As a project manager, you will be responsible for hiring subcontractors, working with vendors, and tracking equipment and material inventory. Your knowledge of regulations, permits, and project management processes for general contractors will be crucial. We are looking for someone who collaborates well with others, is highly organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines, and strives to stay within budget. This Project Manager should have experience managing a ground-up commercial project or a multifamily project with commercial components, such as apartments on the upper floors and retail on the lower. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Project Manager role on related projects and are required to have Project Management experience at a General Contractor.Hard Skills
