We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Configuration Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to perform Configuration Management processes and procedures within a SAFe® Agile construct to organize, document, analyze, and review requirements and work with leadership to understand the impacts of requirements and changes will have on system configuration.What You'll Be Doing:

Prepares and ensures complete documentation is maintained

Oversees management of configuration items, change control board, and lifecycle management

Interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements to ensure that test plans, implementations, and procedures are consistent and applicable across the enterprise

Coordinating functional and non-functional requirements and translating the operational needs into actionable requirements

Engaging with development and sustainment teams resolving problems, taking corrective action, and escalating when needed to resolve and achieve results

100% onsite is required in Colorado Springs, CO

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Must have a Masters Degree in related field with minimum of 10 years of experience

Ability to obtain and hold a Secret clearance

Excellent written and oral communication skills

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Top Secret OR interim/active Secret with ability to get Top Secret

Knowledge of Risk Management administration, organization of Risk Management meetings and liaising with the relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess risks and mitigations and drive their resolution

Familiarity with Defensive Cyber Operations Concepts as it pertains to Configuration Management functions

Working knowledge of SAFe® Agile framework
