We value incredible people with incredible skills – but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more.As a Business Support Team Member, you will perform advanced secretarial functions required in preparation of correspondence and complex reports, spreadsheets and graphs. In this position you will screens, refers and reply’s to telephone inquires, greets and directs visitors. You will also handle incoming and out going mail, maintains files and record systems(s). Business Support Team Members will work on Secretary and Administrative assignments that are moderately complex, and plan, organize and prioritize tasks and responsibility according to department(s) director. This role also will have the opportunity to get involved with project work as well.Qualifications:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

High School Diploma or GED

Two years of business college or other comparable secretarial training preferred

4 years or greater of advanced secretarial experience. Ability to speak, read and write the English language

Must have advanced word-processing skills, excel, spreadsheets, graphs; power point or similar software, etc

Demonstrates proficiency with standard office equipment

Ability to prepare presentation reports
