Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and accurate information about real estate processes.

Assist with processing and managing customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records, including credit and application documentation.

Greet and assist walk-in clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

Conduct data entry tasks for monthly account audits and other reporting needs.

Actively participate in staff meetings, contributing insights to improve processes and customer experiences.

Manage email correspondences promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and coordinating follow-ups.

Support occasional walk-in client requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Handle a high volume of daily calls, delivering top-notch service to prospective and current clients.

Provide administrative support for scheduling, client onboarding, and event sign-ups as needed.

Requirements
