SMAs a Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician , you'll be responsible for assisting with inventory processes, participate in pharmacy fulfillment, answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
Inventory Management and fulfillment prescriptions within pharmacy
Assists with various warehouse duties such as stocking, cleaning, & packing
Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details/clinical information. High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Active and Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Colorado
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Ability to work Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm MST onsite at our 6547 S Racine Circle, Centennial, CO location
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
Home Infusion experience
Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy environment
Specialty Pharmacy experience
Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $16.54 to $32.55 per hour.
