Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and wellbeing of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.Qualifications:In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred. Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
Degree in Physical Therapy required. Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist
BLS
Current CO Driver License within 60 days of hire
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)This home health role will cover our Lakewood territory. This part time benefit eligible role has some options with the schedule. You could work 5 partial days or 3 full days.
