This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong teams, nurturing a supportive culture, and driving lasting improvements in resident and staff satisfaction.What We’re Looking ForA current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Colorado.At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting—preferably with a stable tenure in one organization.A natural leader who inspires trust and positivity, with a heart for mentoring others.Proven success in employee retention, recruitment, and culture-building.A commitment to excellence in resident care and operational performance.What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day operations with a focus on resident-centered care.Create and sustain a work culture where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered.Lead recruitment and retention strategies that help our team grow stronger.Partner with department leaders to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.Serve as a visible and approachable leader for staff, residents, and families.
