Description We are on the lookout for an HRIS Analyst to join our team in CENTENNIAL, Colorado, 80112-3841, United States. This role involves a combination of HRIS tasks and data analysis. Responsibilities: Conduct HRIS tasks, making up the majority of the role. Carry out data analysis tasks. Communicate effectively within the team and across other departments. Use HiBob HRIS system to manage and analyze HR data, if possible. Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Core Hr, HCM, About Time, Benefit Functions, Business Process Functions, Compensation Administration, Documentation, and HRIS Analysis. Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure accurate HR data management. Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS system strategies. Handle HRIS related inquiries and troubleshoot issues. Ensure HR data privacy by following the industry standards and regulations.
