Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls effectively and professionally.
Managing heavy email correspondence, promptly responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Performing various data entry tasks and managing company databases to ensure accurate customer records.
Overseeing document control by organizing, storing, and maintaining company files.
Scheduling and dispatching services
Collaborating with the customer service team to manage customer complaints, orders, errors, account questions, and other queries.
Utilizing customer feedback to improve service and foster positive relationships with customers.

Must have 3+ years of strong experience in customer service or office support.
