As our MDU Product Deployment Manager, you will be at the helm of orchestrating cutting-edge deployments for innovative products like Managed WiFi, WiFi Ready, and Connected Building. From inception to completion, you'll ensure every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.You will be the pivotal link between Corporate, Division, and Regional teams, driving seamless collaboration. As a key player in our Business Development team, you'll champion timely, top-tier deployments that deliver an exceptional Customer Experience. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations to make magic happen.Your coordination skills will shine as you align efforts across internal cross-functional teams, including

Construction, Engineering, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, CARE, Marketing, and Finance. Keeping everyone in the loop, you'll provide regular status updates to Directors and Senior Leadership, showcasing your knack for clear and effective communication.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

Collaborate and engage with the larger MDU operations team to ensure operational success and efficiency

Manage a team that executes successful MDU Product deployments through the design and use of launch Task lists and Tools, by identifying all key cross-functional points of contacts in each Region, and through leading or participating in all recurring deployment meetings and calls.

Identify the scope and timing of each MDU Product deployment, and manage team members and the cross functional teams, including third party vendors and other resources.

Ensure each Property’s MDU Product deployment launch is completed according to timeline and meets all MDU Agreement contractual obligations as outlined for each Property.

Facilitate the collaboration between internal Corporate, Division and Regional Sales Engineering Teams, Construction, Engineering and Tech Ops Teams, and external on-site Property Developers and technical point of contacts, to ensure installation of proper internal wiring, on premise equipment, Enterprise/Metro E connections, based on contractual commitment and schedule.

Provide support, guidance and recommendations to ensure support for smooth deployments and implementations

Create new, improve existing processes and reporting to ensure efficient and effective operation of the deployment. Work with other divisions and west division regions to champion and drive these enhancements.

Maintain communication with all stakeholders, and work with Corporate, Division and Regional Leaders and Sales Operations to address gaps, share impacts, concerns, and recommendations.

Following each MDU Product Deployment, provide post launch debrief and results.

Assist the Reporting and Analytics Team by helping develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports relating to MDU Product deployments performance and results.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
