Greet and tour prospective residents.Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage and outreach.Explain lease terms, application requirements and pricing.Processes and maintains accurate resident files, both tax credit/affordable and conventional.Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completedAssists with re-certifications, renewals and retention effortsUnderstand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.Assists applicant with the application process, both tax credit/affordable and conventional.Creates and updates waitlistCompletes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property ManagerEnsuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents
