Job Description:This position assists in the running of Value Based Care
Programs which are essential for required program specifications.Position Details:This is a remote position that will work Monday - Friday during regular
business hours.Incumbent of this role:1.Coordinates collection of program supporting documentation, data and
information as well as managing the input of documentation, data and
information into any required payer program documents, portals or
applications. Maintains data base of fully executed contracts.
2. Provides administrative support for all Boards and Committees that the
department is responsible to or for including scheduling, agenda
preparation, accurate meeting minutes and dissemination, preparation of
presentation materials, distribution of communication materials, and
program research.
3. Gathers and compiles new and updated contract and provider information from
a variety of internal and external sources; distributes as required.
4. Researches and responds to basic contract and operational questions from
other departments.
5. Coordinates contract updates, demographic updates, adding/terming
providers and other items. Monitors progress of credentialing applications and
coordinates the resolution of contract/credentialing issues with
credentialing department, escalates as necessary.
6. Reviews incoming and outgoing contracts for completeness and updates
contract documents as required/requested.
7. Prepares contracts for mailing and filing; oversees the maintenance of
electronic and hard copy contract files for accuracy and content.
8. Coordinates daily program.
9. Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by
service behavior standards.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of administrative support or program management experience
in a healthcare settingPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with health plansBachelors Degree
Five (5) years of administrative support or project management experience
