What You'll Do: The Reservations Agent is a vital part of our guests' experience and the operation of the resort. As often the initial contact for our guests, the Agent must possess excellent customer service skills and knowledge. This position will answer phones, educate potential guests about what our resort offers, upsell rooms and additional products, and enter booking information into our reservations systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and maintain courteousness despite stressful situations. Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts. 1+ years hotel/resort reservations experience - preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and resort reservations software - preferred
