Mercke Construction is growing fast, and we’re looking for a responsible, skilled craftsman carpenter to join our team. We need someone who takes pride in their work, follows through, and consistently shows up ready to produce.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong carpentry skills – framing, trim, cabinetry, or general build work
All around remodeling
Dependable and self-motivated – someone who doesn’t need babysitting
Ability to read plans and work alongside project managers and trades
Tools and a reliable vehicle
A good attitude and work ethic that matches our culture
Takes ownership of quality and timelines
Willingness to grow with the company
Fluent English
Legal Ability to work in the US
Lives within 30 mins of Lafayette
